Mayuresh Gears Pvt. Ltd. (MGPL) was founded in 2004. Since then it has come a long way with success stories. In 2008, MGPL moved to the self-owned spacious factory at Vasai, Maharashtra, where we started manufacturing gears and related products. We are one of India’s foremost suppliers for equipment like geared motors, gearboxes with thrust bearings and twin screw gearboxes both co and counter rotating for countless industries. In 2014 MGPL started manufacturing Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders for the plastic industry. Our Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders are used for manufacturing of masterbatch and compounding. MGPL Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder is designed and engineered to meet or exceed peak load and sustained operation requirements. Our simplicity of design, modular construction and use of extra heavy duty components translate into fewer parts being worn out.
In step with today’s expanding technology, MGPL Team brings continuing improvement to customer applications while devoting major efforts toward plastic recycling, energy conservation, pollution control and other concerns of the day.
Apart from Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders, we also manufacture Lab Extruders as per client’s specifications. After serving plastic industry since long, we have now diversified into food processing industry since 2018.
We supply twin screw co-rotating extruders with segmented screw and barrel with various L/D ratios. This helps you to undertake production of various materials by using the same machine. The elements on the screw can be re-arranged depending upon the product to be manufactured as well as need of the process. Our twin screw co-rotating extruder is very easy to maintain. The affected part can be easily replaced reducing production downtime.
MGPL is one of the very few companies to manufacture twin screw co-rotating extruder in India. Since we have our own manufacturing facility at Vasai, Maharashtra, we can assure you minimalized production time, excellent after sales service and availability of spares pan India. The main component of twin screw co-rotating extruder is the gearbox which is manufactured in-house, saving cost and production time.
