Mayuresh Gears Pvt. Ltd. (MGPL) was founded in 2004. Since then it has come a long way with success stories. In 2008, MGPL moved to self owned spacious factory at Vasai, Maharashtra, where we started manufacturing gears and related products. We are one of India’s foremost suppliers for equipments like geared motors, gear boxes with thrust bearings and twin screw gear boxes both co and counter rotating for countless industries. In 2014 MGPL started manufacturing Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders for plastic industry. Our Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders are used for manufacturing of master batches and compounding. MGPL Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder is designed and engineered to meet or exceed peak load and sustained operation requirements. Our simplicity of design, modular construction and use of extra heavy duty components translate into fewer parts being worn out.

Mr Avle, Director is a mechanical engineer who designs and engineers the final product. Mrs Avle handles finance, sales and marketing.
Together, we have in depth understanding of overcoming most of the practical problems faced by Indian users and offer effective solutions for the same. Twin screw technology, even though was in use for past few years, is now being used more effectively. Change in government policies have resulted in use of new materials, increasing awareness of environment protection etc. has resulted extensive use of new materials which are fast replacing traditional materials.
